Ray's Recipes Roast Garlic

  1. Separate cloves from head but do not peel.

  2. Drizzle cloves with canola oil and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Wrap garlic securely in foil and place on baking sheet. Roast at 325F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

  4. Pop cloves out of skin before using. Store in refrigerator up to 2 days if covered tightly.
